1:1 Residential Therapeutic Care (Retreat)


We offer our creative 'inside out' approach solo placement, in a cottage nestled in beautiful Buckinghamshire, with all the  holistic elements for a caring and nurturing retreat for young people aged 16/17 yrs. 


This provision gives the best 'wraparound' care, empowering all young people with the tools they need to be 'emotionlly resilient and emotionally intelligent, independent young adults.

Little Voice Children & Young Person's (CYP) Family Meetings


Little Voice and Young Person's (CYP) Family Meetings help to empower children and young people with the ability to have 'their voice' heard during conflicts.


These conflicts include, breakdown between parents, divorce, bereavement, young carers, sexual abuse, child abuse and ,many other concerns they cannot express 'safely and feel supported.'

We have a huge range of exciting and life-changing programmes with a unique holistic element included within our Alternative Education Provision for young people who are, or at risk of becoming NEET.

Victims of Domestic Violence - Abused, or not abused?


Do you know the difference? We understand the impact Domestic Violence has on individuals, regardless of age, gender, demographics, relationships and status. 


As a part of our ethos to help and support  children, young people, families and particularly MEN, who are affected by domestic violence. We are campaigning against it based on the facts and case studies of the experiences of our clients.

Adult & Community Education 


We offer a wide range of learning through our Adult and Community Education Programme which is designed to help people gain a new skill, get back into learning, develop their interest in a subject and prepare them for a higher level of study. It is designed to be accessible to people of all backgrounds and abilities, this type of learning is often non-accredited which means that learners are not working towards a formal qualification, but do have the opportunity to work towards one if they so wish.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)


NLP is used as a method of personal development through promoting skills, such as self-reflection, confidence, and communication.


It has been applied as an effective therapy for psychological disorders, including phobias, depression generalized anxiety disorders or GAD, and post traumatic stress disorder or PTSD.


Furthermore, it can be used to programme the mind for better habits, help shift perceptions, change behaviours, heal wounds or traumas, improve communication and influence, become, aware of and better manage internal processes (e.g. voices, stories, visuals) and decrease distress instead of reacting from a fear based fight, flight, freeze response.

Bring some calm into your daily life with Mindfulness.


Mindfulness is being used to help with everything from depression and anxiety, to stress and pain management. In our 1 hour sessions you will get a better understanding of mindfulness practice, how it can help with change and stress. Come and experience mindfulness for yourself through guided mindful meditations.

Hypnotherapy 


Hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. 


A hypnotherapist can use various methods to help you into this state. They may speak to you slowly and soothingly. Or they may ask you to look at a fixed object in front of you or at the edge of your field of vision in a lowered gaze. You might feel heavy or light, but will remain relaxed, safe and in control at all times.


During a hypnotherapy session, the client is guided through a process to induce a trance-like state that helps them focus their minds, respond more readily to suggestions, and become deeply relaxed.


Hypnotherapy utilises the heightened awareness of the hypnotic state to help the client focus on a problem more deeply.

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)


Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional wellbeing.

Mindfulness is the first step, turning with loving awareness toward a difficult experience (thoughts, emotions, and sensations). Self-compassion brings loving awareness to ourselves. Together, mindfulness and self-compassion comprise a state of warm, connected, presence during difficult moments in our lives.

Mindfulness in Motion (MiM)


Mindfulness is the practice of noticing without judgment. Whether it is used as a gateway to higher spiritual growth or as a path to more balanced living.


Dancing Mindfulness (Dr Jamie Marich- Founder) uses the art form of dance as the primary medium of discovering mindful awareness. Dancing through seven primary areas of mindfulness in motion: breath, sound, body, story, mind, spirit, and fusion (of all elements), with a respect to the attitudes of mindfulness, participants tap into their body’s own healing resources and realize that we all have a unique creativity just waiting to be cultivated!


Mindfulness in Motion embraces the dancing mindfulness model and introduces NLP techniques with a somatic process to allow the individuals to release trauma, fears, anxiety and fear through movement.

We take wellbeing for kids very seriously. With this in mind we have a plethora of fun programmes that incorporate holistic modalities. These includes, Funkie 'Fit; Munkies, Yoga Munkies, Funkie 'Mindful' Munkies and much more.

KIDS KREATE ART

 

'Painting is creative journaling, from the child's mind onto canvas' - Geeta Pendaer


This amazing 'Kids Kreate Art Classes help children work through their emotions and feelings through different mediums. These 4hr weekend weekly workshops  empower children to navigate their feelings through holistic expressive art and play. The workshop costs £40 per child to a maximum of 6 per workshop.
